Iris' Quick Yoghurt Bowl

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 ripe nectarine, sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp Lyons Raw Strawberry Powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs

Instructions:

1. Spoon the Greek yoghurt into a serving bowl and mix in the strawberry powder. 

2. Top with sliced nectarine and fresh blueberries.

3. Sprinkle coconut flakes and cacao nibs on top.

4. Enjoy immediately!
