Iris' Spring Smoothie Bowl

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp Lyons Raw Strawberry Powder
  • 1 tsp Lyons Raw Blueberry Powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup kefir
  • 1 tbsp almond butter

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

2. Blend until thick and creamy. If needed, add more kefir for desired consistency.

3. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings (e.g., fresh fruit, granola, coconut flakes).

4. Enjoy immediately!
