Nic's High-Protein Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp psyllium husk
- 1 fresh passionfruit
- ½ cup YoPro high-protein plain yogurt
- 1 tsp Lyons Raw Organic Raspberry Powder
Instructions:
- In a jar or bowl, combine the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and psyllium husk.
- Stir in the YoPro plain yogurt and raspberry powder until well mixed.
- Scoop out the pulp from the passionfruit and mix it in with the oats.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4-6 hours) to let the oats soak and thicken.
- In the morning, give it a good stir and enjoy your creamy, high-protein overnight oats!
