Nic's High-Protein Overnight Oats

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Total Time: 5 minutes + overnight chilling | Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp psyllium husk
  • 1 fresh passionfruit
  • ½ cup YoPro high-protein plain yogurt 
  • 1 tsp Lyons Raw Organic Raspberry Powder

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and psyllium husk.
  2. Stir in the YoPro plain yogurt and raspberry powder until well mixed.
  3. Scoop out the pulp from the passionfruit and mix it in with the oats.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4-6 hours) to let the oats soak and thicken.
  5. In the morning, give it a good stir and enjoy your creamy, high-protein overnight oats!
