Raspberry Chocolate Bark

Prep Time: 25 minutes | Set Time: 1 hr | Serves: 6-8

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (or chopped 70% dark chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds (or nuts of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp raw honey or raw maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp Lyons Raw Organic Raspberry Powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions:

Bottom Layer: Melt dark chocolate and pour into a lined baking tray, spreading evenly. Freeze for 10-15 minutes to set.

Middle Layer: Drizzle melted almond butter and honey mixture over the set chocolate, then sprinkle chopped almonds, raspberry powder and shredded coconut (if using) evenly over the top.

Top Layer: Sprinkle with sea salt and drizzle any leftover melted chocolate on top. Freeze again for 30 minutes to set.

Serve: Break into pieces and enjoy!
