Raspberry Mint Ice Cubes
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Serves: 1
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp of Lyons Raw Raspberry Powder
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped mint
- 1 tablespoon Agave syrup (or honey)
- 2 fresh limes juiced
How to Prepare:
1. Mix Ingredients: In a protein or cocktail shaker, mix together all the ingredients
2. Fill ice tray: Using any ice tray (ideally giant cubes of 6 or 8), fill with the liquid
3. Freeze: Put the tray in the freezer and wait until it sets
4. Serve: Add ice cubes to a tall glass and top with soda water! Garnish with a small stem of mint leaves (optional).
Note: Once the soda water has been topped, allow 2-3 minutes for ice cubes to melt further to provide a stronger taste.
Perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon guilt-free drink. The kids will love too!
