Sage's Choc-Coated Strawberry Balls

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 1 hour (freezing time) | Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes | Serves: 12-14 balls

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup almond meal
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Lyons Raw Organic Strawberry Powder
  • 100g white chocolate, melted
  • Dark chocolate (for coating), melted

Method:

  1. In a food processor, combine the almond meal, Medjool dates, honey, and strawberry powder. Blitz until the mixture forms a dough-like consistency.
  2. Roll the dough into bite-sized balls and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper. Set in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up.
  3. Once chilled, dip the balls into the melted white chocolate and place them back on the tray. Freeze for another 30 minutes to set.
  4. Coat the chilled balls in melted dark chocolate, then return to the freezer for another 30 minutes.
  5. Store the bliss balls in the fridge to keep them fresh and enjoy when you're craving a sweet treat!
