Sage's Choc-Coated Strawberry Balls
Prep Time: 10 minutes; cook time 1 hour (freezing time) | Serves: 12-14
Ingredients:
- ½ cup almond meal
- 2 Medjool dates
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Lyons Raw Strawberry Powder
- 100g white chocolate, melted
- Dark chocolate (for coating), melted
Method:
1. Combine the almond meal, Medjool dates, honey, and strawberry powder in a food processor. Blitz until the mixture forms a dough-like consistency.
2. Roll the dough into bite-sized balls and place them on a tray lined with baking paper. Set in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up.
3. Dip the balls into the melted white chocolate and place them back on the tray. Freeze for another 30 minutes to set.
4. Coat the chilled balls in melted dark chocolate, then return to the freezer for another 30 minutes.
5. Store the bliss balls in the fridge to keep them fresh and enjoy when you're craving a sweet treat!
