Sage's Choc-Coated Strawberry Balls
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 1 hour (freezing time) | Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes | Serves: 12-14 balls
Ingredients:
- ½ cup almond meal
- 2 Medjool dates
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Lyons Raw Organic Strawberry Powder
- 100g white chocolate, melted
- Dark chocolate (for coating), melted
Method:
- In a food processor, combine the almond meal, Medjool dates, honey, and strawberry powder. Blitz until the mixture forms a dough-like consistency.
- Roll the dough into bite-sized balls and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper. Set in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, dip the balls into the melted white chocolate and place them back on the tray. Freeze for another 30 minutes to set.
- Coat the chilled balls in melted dark chocolate, then return to the freezer for another 30 minutes.
- Store the bliss balls in the fridge to keep them fresh and enjoy when you're craving a sweet treat!
