Raspberry Chia Pudding

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Lyons Raw Organic Raspberry Powder
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:

1. Combine Ingredients: In a bowl or jar, mix the raspberry powder, chia seeds, almond milk and honey or maple syrup (if using). Stir well to ensure everything is evenly combined.

2. Refrigerate: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.

3. Serve: Stir the pudding before serving and top with fresh fruit and mint leaves for an extra burst of flavor.
